Treatment of hip injury with Acutonics

Yesterday I hurt my hip by falling in the wrong way when doing a flip at Aikido practice.  The inguinal crease (the upper thigh to the body) and the sacral area hurt.  I walked 40 minutes home so it is not very bad.  But I have to prevent further problems from developing.  Tobiukemi is a flip when you don't use your hand.  I failed to use my opposite arm to hit the floor as I fell. My teacher was avoiding me practicing it because of my age.  So, I made a special request.  My joints are so flexible from the fast, so this is the time to practice, I argued. Today, I will concentrate on increasing red blood cells, strengthening my muscules and tendons in that area.  I will use Acutonic tuning forks and a Japanese system of acupuncture.  The points are all easy to reach, so I am grateful.  On my toes, I will burn Mogusa threads.  It is important to increase the circulation of blood up to the injury from my feet.  A foot warming bath will also help.  But I am much warmer in general from the fast.

What shall I use homeopathically?  Maybe ruta or Rhus-tox, but I have to wait for the injury to produce some more symptoms.  They will probably dissappear with the above treatment.
