How to never run out of a remedy

MAKING AN AQUEOUS DOSING BOTTLE:

1    Put several pellets into a clean screw top container.  It can be a plastic pet bottle or the small plastic bottle that I give you.

2  (step 1)  Fill the container half full of good water.  The size of the bottle is not important but filling it half full leaves room for the water to move when you succuss  it (step 3)

3  Now "succuss" it  2-10 times. Succuss means to shake it hard by slapping the bottle against something hard. but not so hard that there is no rebound, like a phone book or the palm of your hand, for example.

4  (Step 2)  Label the bottle using scotch tape over it to prevent water damage. Include the name of the remedy, the dosage (30c), date and the patient’s name.

5 Screw on the cover. (The small plastic bottle that I give you require you to open the inner cap with a pin.)    To prevent bacteria from growing in the water, you add enough vinegar or alcohol so you can taste it.

6  Keep a small throw away drinking cup on top of the bottle.  Everyday when you take your remedy, add the drop of sucussed liquid remedy to that cup and then add water.

8  Succuss the remedy bottle two times before pouring a drop of it into your drinking cup.  Add water and drink it.
