I started using a pendulum this morning to see how food was affecting me. I made a juice out of wheat grass, persimmons from our tree in the backyard, and soy milk. I held the pendulum over the palm of my hand. There is a big chakra there. Also, that is an acupuncture point that rules the liquids outside the cell and emotional flow. It made a very small circle with the wheat grass. I reduced the grass which I am growing in the garden. Added raw ginger. The swing of the pendulum greatly increased clockwise. The change was very visible. I am doing a lot of testing this way. It is more visible than finger testing. Also, you can do it alone.
I am going to stop the wheat grass, move to brown rice grass and keep up the addition of ginger. I dried a bunch the other day. You will see that if you are having trouble with metabolism usually you are cold, even though you seems warm and sweaty on the outside. You are internally cold. Wheat is very cold. If you are unaffected by it, you are truely warm. But that is reserved usually for young people with great vitality.
Try spouting wheat and seeing how the pendulum swing. Maybe eggs won't be so bad. Try milk versus soy milk. Really test and find out what stops the movement of energy. Just put the food on the palm of your hand, in a small cup if necessary. It is so revealing. If you need one, I will try to make a video to show you what I mean.
You can even do this as you shop. Is it really good for your energy? Might be more accurate that lable reading.
A pendulum is just a weight on a string. Make sure to knot the string so it is the same distance from your hand every time.
You will see, warm is better than cold. Colored is better than white. Skin of vegetables is better than just the insides. I realized I could even plant the seeds of the squash and harvest the sprouts. Growing sprouts on the counter is a mess. I rather do it in the dirt. It's gotta be better for the plant too.
